She has been collaborating with BM&A since 2015, focusing primarily on banking law. She assists credit institutions and companies operating in the NPL and UTP sectors in both judicial and extrajudicial debt recovery proceedings, as well as in mediation procedures and the management of banking litigation. She prepares legal opinions and provides advice on banking compliance matters. She also deals with issues of civil law, providing assistance in related litigation.

She obtained her law degree from the University of Padua in 2010, completed a specialised Master’s programme in banking law, and has pursued continuous professional development through participation in numerous advanced courses and seminars in the field.
