BM&A is one of the leading law firms, in terms of size and complexity, to have been established and developed in North-Eastern Italy.
Founded in 1991, the firm today comprises an organisation of more than 75 professionals, led by 11 partners (7 equity partners and 4 partners), with approximately 30 lawyers (including senior counsels, counsels and associates), a specialised secretarial staff of around 20 professionals, and a substantial group of trainee lawyers and interns.
The firm has reached its current structure through the progressive expansion of its partnership, fostering an aggregative and interdisciplinary vision, and growing over time both organically (6 of the 11 partners, in addition to the founder, have developed their professional careers within BM&A) and through external growth, as exemplified by the incorporation in 2026 of an entire corporate department from another law firm with twenty-five years of experience.
